1. Scope
This AUP governs Preferium websites, Dashboard, APIs, AI functions, Edge delivery and white-label Services. Customer is responsible for its users, agencies, End Customers, content, instructions and domains.
2. Illegal and harmful use
No unlawful, infringing, deceptive or discriminatory activity; malware, phishing, fraud, spam or unauthorised access; privacy/IP/confidentiality violations; harassment or exploitation; sexual material involving minors; or circumvention of security, limits or access controls.
Do not submit raw card data, passwords, special-category/criminal/children’s data or other high-risk data unless expressly approved with documented legal and security safeguards.
3. Search and content abuse
Prohibited practices include deceptive cloaking; hidden text/links; doorway pages; misleading redirects or structured data; fake authorship/reviews; scaled generation, scraping or transformation primarily to manipulate search without independent human value; site-reputation abuse; link schemes; and unsupported claims of platform endorsement. Content must be useful to people, factually responsible and appropriately reviewed.
4. AI restrictions
The Service is intended for technical SEO, content assistance and visibility measurement. It must not be used for prohibited AI practices, biometric/emotion recognition, social scoring or decisions about employment, education, credit, insurance, health, essential services, policing, migration or justice without written approval and a documented assessment. Appropriate human oversight, AI literacy and transparency are required. Deepfakes, deceptive impersonation and non-consensual intimate synthetic material are prohibited.
5. Domains, accounts and integrations
Connect only domains, data sources and third-party accounts you are authorised to control. Protect credentials, use least privilege and report compromise. Do not reverse engineer, evade limits, resell without a right, publicly benchmark deceptively or use the Service to train/build a competing system.
6. Sanctions and controlled uses
No access for prohibited sanctioned persons/territories or prohibited military, weapons, nuclear, chemical, biological or other controlled uses. Customer must provide reasonable diligence information and report material status changes.
7. Enforcement
Preferium may investigate, request information, reject/quarantine output, roll back or suspend the minimum necessary part. Urgent security, legal or provider risk may require immediate action; otherwise notice and a reasonable cure opportunity normally apply. Serious/repeated breach may result in termination.
8. Reporting
Report suspected abuse to post@preferium.no with the URL/domain, issue, evidence and contact information.
