Who pays whom
These are two separate bills. Preferium does not set your client price or take a share of your client payment. Your current wholesale rates are below.
A failed charged action is refunded. Retrying the same request does not run or charge it twice.
Alerts arrive at 50%, 80%, 95% and 100%. A client can request a top-up in one click.
Automatic top-ups are optional. Set a trigger and a hard cap per period; they stop after two failed payments.
Credits, in plain English
Set each client’s monthly work allowance within the package’s site-based limit. Connected-site pricing covers it; there is no separate monthly credit charge.

Subscriptions include capabilities, not domains or credits. Seats are monthly. Credit packs are one-time. Prices exclude VAT.
Your selling price
You decide. Price the package you sell to cover Preferium's wholesale charges plus your own sales, support and payment costs. The amount left is your margin.

Your client pays your agency through your Stripe or invoice. Preferium bills only your agency.

Build a package with the sites, monthly credit allowance and features you want to sell. You set the package price and, if you offer credit top-ups, their price. Your client pays your agency; compare that income with your platform, domain, credit-pack and operating costs.
No. You choose the client’s included monthly credit allowance when you build their package, within the limit for its included sites. The connected-domain price covers that allowance; there is no separate recurring charge for those included credits. A new site does not automatically add credits. Extra credit packs are a separate purchase when needed.
All website prices are in USD and exclude VAT. NOK pricing is shown only at checkout for customers in Norway, with VAT added there.
Yes. You price each package per currency, and your clients pay you in that currency through your own Stripe or on your own invoice. What Preferium bills your agency is separate from what you charge.
The unit the platform measures work in. Actions that cost Preferium money — an optimization that changes an element, an AI citation query, a rank check — draw credits from the client’s pot, priced from what the action actually costs. Reads and deterministic fixes draw none.
Credits bought as packs never expire. The monthly allowance included in a package renews each month, and what is left of it at the end of the month resets.
Yes. An invited agency gets a 15-day agency trial with one client workspace, once per agency.
Client limits depend on your platform plan. See the current plans for the published limits.
Your subscription renews each period until you cancel, and you can cancel before the next charge. A period that has started is not refunded. When a client of yours cancels, billing for that client stops at once and the site keeps being served for 14 days as an undo window.
