Do my clients need to install a plugin?
No. Each client connects with a single DNS record (a CNAME). We optimize at the Cloudflare edge, so it works on WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Kinsta or a fully custom stack — no plugin, no CMS access required.
How does billing work between me and my clients?
You connect your own Stripe and define your own packages and prices. Your clients order those packages — subscriptions and credit top-ups — directly inside your branded panel, and every client payment runs on your Stripe. Separately, Preferium bills your agency for the domains and credit units each active package delivers, at the live wholesale rates from the Preferium catalogue, shown on this page whenever the catalogue answers. You set the client price and keep the margin.
Can clients sign up and order without my help?
Yes. On every plan, your clients can order the packages you have defined — subscriptions and credit top-ups — right inside your branded panel, paid on your Stripe. On Enterprise you also get a branded landing page on your own domain, with pricing, about, contact and signup pages, that presents your packages and registers new clients in minutes. The landing page never charges anyone — checkout always happens inside the panel.
How are domains and credits charged?
They are not included inventory in the Preferium subscription. Every active client package produces recurring wholesale units for its delivered domains and credit bundles. Credit units can also be bought once as top-ups. The current rates and a calculated package example come from the live Preferium catalogue and appear on this page whenever it answers.
Is client data isolated and GDPR-ready?
Yes. Each client is its own account with strict data isolation — clients never see each other. Client data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt or Stockholm), and we offer a Data Processing Agreement.
When does partner registration open?
Preferium for agencies is in private preview. Join the waitlist and we'll invite you as a founding partner as we open registration.
