1. About this Notice
This Notice describes cookies, local storage, pixels and similar technology on preferium.com. Preferium AI Edge, its Dashboard and agency-branded panels have their own factual technology inventories. Preferium AS is responsible for technology whose purpose and operation we determine.
The Notice distinguishes three states for every technology: planned means it is described in our tracking manifest; configured means identifiers, a published consent policy and verified provider documentation exist; active means it may run after your choice. Which optional purposes are available right now is not written into this Notice. It is read from the live configuration and shown in the status panel on this page and in the consent manager, so this Notice cannot fall out of step with what the site actually does.
2. Strictly necessary technologies and local storage
We use necessary technologies to deliver the website, protect forms and respect privacy choices. Whether a technology is exempt from the consent requirement is assessed by its actual purpose and use; the label "first party" or "security" does not by itself create an exemption.

Technical request and security logs from Cloudflare, which serves the site, are a separate processing activity described in the Privacy Notice. They are not a general consent exemption for every Cloudflare technology. Form submissions may use Resend for email delivery; that is not a tracking technology in the browser.
3. Optional purposes and Google
We separate three optional purposes: analytics (Google Analytics 4; browser storage _ga and _ga_*), ad measurement (Google Ads; browser storage _gcl_* and _gcl_ls) and ad personalization (a separate choice that never follows from consent to ad measurement). Optional purposes are off by default and each requires consent to that specific purpose.
The analytics purpose uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, which sends page views only, and only after you consent to analytics. _ga and _ga_* are set with the storage period configured in our tag. That period is not repeated here: it is read from the verified provider documentation and shown with the technology list on this page and in the consent manager, so there is one source for it and no copy that can go stale. The retention setting of our Google Analytics property is stated in the Subprocessor Register. A purpose without a published consent policy and a configured lifetime is not offered, and the consent manager fails closed for it; the status panel shows which purposes that currently applies to. Documenting a planned purpose does not activate it, and a missing lifetime means the technology must not be activated.
Before an optional purpose is offered, its information must state the technology names, the legal recipient entity, the purpose, the data, the configured lifetimes and the relevant transfers. Missing documentation or missing consent prevents activation. Generic default values are not documentation of this website's actual settings. Enhanced conversions, customer match, user ID, user-provided data, offline uploads, Google signals, cross-domain measurement, remarketing, URL passthrough and advanced consent mode are disabled in the manifest.
When a Google purpose is configured and you consent, Google may process page address and referring address, the IP address of the network connection, browser and device, consent signals, identifiers and interactions or conversions. Those are not anonymous data. Read Google's Business Data Responsibility, how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy.
The motion control stores only your pause preference in sessionStorage for the current browser tab. It restores that accessibility choice between pages, expires when the tab session ends, and sends no identifier or preference to a server. Your device’s reduced-motion preference always takes precedence.
4. How the consent manager works
When optional purposes are offered, a first layer appears before any optional technology loads. Reject all and Accept all are shown with equal prominence, alongside Customize for choosing purposes individually and saving the choice. Closing the layer rejects every optional purpose. Visiting a page or scrolling activates nothing. Rejecting does not prevent use of the website's necessary functions.
The privacy choices control in the page footer opens the preference centre at any time. It shows the necessary technologies, the available optional purposes and your current choices, and lets you withdraw consent as easily as you gave it. Withdrawal stops further optional loading, and we try to delete known first-party values; it does not recall data already sent to Google, and the browser may prevent deletion of third-party values.
A choice is valid for 180 days. Ordinary page views do not extend the period. After expiry, or after a material change that requires renewed consent, a new choice must be made before the affected optional purposes are used. A rejection applies even while saving the choice has to be retried; optional technologies must not continue while a withdrawal is waiting for confirmation. Consent evidence is kept for three years after expiry or withdrawal; this is Preferium's retention policy, not a universal statutory period.
Without JavaScript no optional technology loads; you can read this Notice and contact us directly. Turnstile requires JavaScript; if a form or the check cannot be used, write to info@preferium.com. Private agreement, administration and address confirmation pages use no marketing resources in the browser.
5. Regions and Global Privacy Control
The consent regime follows the country of the request as reported by Cloudflare. For visitors in the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, prior opt-in consent applies. For visitors in the United States, the applicable state laws work with opt-out; because no optional technology runs on preferium.com without an affirmative choice and we do not sell or share personal data, nothing is tracked by default there either. An unknown or missing country is treated under the strictest regime.
We honor the Global Privacy Control signal (Sec-GPC: 1). While the signal is set, the consent manager treats every optional purpose as denied for that browser, even if an earlier choice granted one. See the US state privacy rights section of the Privacy Notice.
6. Rights and contact
The Privacy Notice describes access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and complaints, and the US state rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale or sharing. Erasure applies where the statutory conditions are met and may be limited by retention duties or legal claims. Clearing your browser's site data does not necessarily remove earlier documentation of consent or withdrawal from our systems.
