1. Scope
This Notice covers cookies, local storage, pixels and similar technology on preferium.com. preferium.no and Dashboard have surface-specific factual inventories. Preferium AS controls technology whose purposes/means we determine.

Contact email may be delivered through Resend; this does not itself establish a browser tracking tag.
3. Not active in inspected source
The inspected preferium.com source does not load Google Analytics, Google Ads, remarketing pixels, advertising cookies or a Cloudflare Web Analytics browser beacon. Provider-side Cloudflare settings must be verified separately before making an analytics claim. Planned technology has no permission to run now.
Before analytics/advertising activates, we will block it pending consent; separate analytics and advertising choices off by default; give Reject All equal first-layer ease/prominence with Accept All; make close reject optional categories; record version/purposes/choice/time; make withdrawal equally easy; and publish exact names, vendors, purposes, data, duration, recipients and transfers.
4. Consent today
We do not ask users to accept optional tracking that is not present. A necessary-information notice must not pretend that Accept/Reject controls nonexistent tags. Turnstile is loaded only for a requested protected form; users may instead contact post@preferium.no.
5. Choices and withdrawal
You can clear cookies/local storage in your browser. When optional categories are introduced, the footer link will reopen a preference centre showing current choices with one-step rejection.
6. Rights and contact
The Privacy Notice explains legal rights. Erasure applies where statutory conditions are met and may be limited by retention duties or claims. Contact post@preferium.no or complain to the competent authority.
